In Healthier Together: The CIHR Partnerships Casebook, key leaders share their insights into the collaboration, communication practices and lessons learned while piloting an improved Alberta model for hip and knee replacements. The Alberta Hip and Knee Replacement Pilot is profiled alongside researcher-to-researcher partnerships and university-community-policymaker initiatives.
