Investigating Patient Safety Events

Interested in learning practical approaches for investigating and managing patient safety events?

The University of Calgary Office of Continuing Medical Education, in partnership with the Health Quality Council and W21C, is offering a two course series starting in February 2015.

Register for both and receive a Certificate in Managing Patient Safety Events.
